G&M Healthcare Services provides adult care services to individuals through the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (MHAS) and through The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).

At G&M Healthcare Services, we believe that great CARE:

Residential Care in Our Facility

G&M Healthcare operates a Class II group home that provides room and board, meals, medication assistance, and community inclusion to individuals that have a developmental, cognitive, or intellectual disability, and to individuals who are recovering from a substance abuse addiction. Our facility is also available for temporary respite care.

Home Healthcare Services

Our home care services include helping people with the activities of daily living, such as, grooming, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and enhancing their quality of life through companionship and comfort. We also provide private home health and nursing services.

Respite Care Service

G&M Healthcare provides planned short-term respite care to families and other care givers of adults with a developmental, intellectual or mental disability in an effort to support and maintain the primary care giving relationship. We provide respite care at our group home facility or at the client’s home.

Non-Medical Transportation

We provide Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) to individuals who are not in an emergency situation, but are unable to drive due to a medical, mental or developmental disability. This may include transportation to and from vocational habilitation, school, adult day care, and to and from appointments.

Adult Day Program

An individualized day program geared to assist individuals with learning how to be safe in the community, community transitions, and activities of daily living. The day program is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-2:30pm.

  • Residential Care – In client homes or at G&M Healthcare Services facility

  • Home Maker Personal Care

  • Home Maker Personal Care Transportation

  • Non-Medical Transportation

  • Respite Care - In client homes or
    at G&M Healthcare Services facility

  • Private Pay Home Health & Nursing Care

Payer Sources Include: Medicaid Waivers (Level 1, I/O, Self, and Individual Budget), and Private Pay

Services covered by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services
  • Adult Care Facility/Class II Homes

  • Assistance with linkage to payee services and social security

  • Transportation to and from appointments

Payer Sources Include: RSS (Residential State Supplement), SSI/SSDI, Neighborhood Properties, Inc. (NPI), and Private Pay
